PG
Derrick White – $6,200
He’s coming off a career high 22 points and shot a whooping 8 for 9 from the field in his last game Vs the Celtics. Even if he isn’t as efficient in this matchup, he’s averaging 36 FDP over his last 3 games. On a slate without an elite PG to pay up for other than Curry, I think Derrick White is an excellent value pay.
SG
James Harden – $13,000
His price is at a season high but he is singlehandly leading this Rockets team into the playoffs while Chris Paul dealing with a troubled hamstring. He has 4 straight 40+ point games and the Rockets are 9-1 in their last 10 games. They already beat the Warriors earlier in the season and I expect Harden to have a huge game.
SF
Nemanja Bjelica – $6,500
In order to pay up for Harden and Jokic, I’m looking for value at the SF position. Bjelica always plays better at home and put up 15 points and 11 rebounds against the Trailblazers. Vegas thinks this should be the highest scoring game of the night and he should play a ton of minutes.
PF
Lamarcus Aldridge – $9,000
He’s coming off a masterful 35 point performance and continues to pour in the points as off recently. I expect the Raptors to put Kawhi Leonard on Demar Derozan so Aldridge will get even more opportunities to score tonight.
C
Nikola Jokic – $10,300
Jusuf Nurkic dropped 88 FDP against the Kings in Sacramento and fully exposed the Kings’ weak interior defense. Jokic should feast against whoever the Kings throw at him.
My Favorite Stacks of the Night
Spurs – White, Derozan, Bertans, Aldridge
This game has a lot of narratives going on including Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green’s return to San Antonio. The Spurs are tough defensively at home and the starters will play a ton of minutes to fend off the Raptors.
Nuggets – Murray (GPP), Beasley, Milsap, Jokic
The Nuggets have the best record in the West and should dominate the Kings throughout this game. I like all the Nuggets starters especially Nikola Jokic tonight.
Rockets – Warriors
The Rockets are 9-1 in their last 10 and the Warriors are finally healthy expect for Demarcus Cousins. The problem is most of the starters are very expensive but I think the Rockets offer more value and could pull out a win in this matchup. Harden is playing like an MVP and the Rockets are playing better defensively.
