We have the short 5 game slate tonight with a lock at 7:30pm EST so be sure to adjust for the extra 30 minutes. The biggest news tonight is Kevin Love is OUT so be sure to get plenty of value from the Cavaliers tonight.

There is also plenty of value on the Mavericks side as well like Yogi Ferrell, Dirk Nowitzki and Seth Curry. Hopefully, this game stays close and I will have a lot of exposure to it.

My Top 5 Picks of the Night

PG – Kyrie Irving

Many people would flock to Yogi Ferrell tonight, but I really prefer Kyrie Irving in this situation. Without Kevin Love, I expect Kyrie to lead the Cavs in scoring tonight. Lebron James will be feeding Kyrie all night long and he gets a nice matchup going against the rookie, Yogi Ferrell. In his last road games, Kyrie dropped 49 points against the Pelicans so I love Kyrie as one of the top plays on the night. Kyrie + Lebron will be the backbone of my lineups and there is enough value to squeeze them in.

SG – Seth Curry

On the Mavericks, Seth Curry becomes a chalk play against a Cavs team that really struggles on the road this month. They are giving up a ton of points and I think Curry is a must play tonight. He is super cheap on FD so plug him in and move on. He’s also coming off a monster 43 FDP performance on the road against the Spurs. That is not easy to do.

SF – Jae Crowder

Lebron James is chalk without Kevin Love so I’ll give you another must play on the slate. Jae Crowder is playing heavy minutes and producing a solid all-around game without Avery Bradley and possibly Al Horford tonight. He’s too cheap for his new scoring roll so plug him in and keep looking for more value.

PF – Zach Randolph

His minutes are way up and he is producing at an incredible rate for his age. He is still a scoring threat and I love his matchup tonight against a young Suns team. He should absolutely dominate this frontcourt, plus Tyson Chandler’s attention will most likely focus on Marc Gasol. JaMychal Green is also questionable, but I’m playing Zach Randolph whether he starts or comes off the bench.

C – Tyson Chandler

We’ve got many expensive centers on the slate with nice plays like Drummond, Tristan Thompson and Karl Anthony Towns. I want the savings so I’m going with Tyson Chandler in my cash games. He is playing huge minutes and is a rebounding machine. He has at least 13 rebounds in his last 6 home games and is averaging around 30 FDP at home recently. He’s always underowned and will free up a lot of salary cap tonight.
