PG
Ben Simmons – $9,700
The Sixers have the highest vegas total on the night and I expect Simmons to post a monster line against a bad Pelicans defense. Embiid will have to deal with Anthony Davis so Simmons has a huge height advantage against any Pelicans defender. He could post a triple double tonight.
SG
Devin Booker – $7,900
He dropped 37 points in his last game and gets a dream matchup against a young Bulls team. He scored 51 FDP in his last game in Chicago and should have another good performance. He should be 8k+ so buy low on this price tag.
SF
E’Twaun Moore – $5,500
Efrid Payton’s injury has opened up a lot of production for E’Twaun Moore. The Sixers are not a defensive juggernaut and have given up big games to guards all season long. Both Moore and Holiday are in play but Moore has 2 30+ points games in his last 2 road games.
PF
Jonas Jerebko – $4,600
Draymond Green has been ruled out and Jerebko will enter the starting lineup. The scoring hasn’t been there but he has 10 rebounds in each of his last 2 games. Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson both have tough matchups against a solid Thunder Defense so I think Jerebko can contribute scoring tonight. Role players usually play better at home and he’s cheap (under 5k).
C
Brook Lopez – $5,600
Lopez has dominated the Trailblazers over the last couple of years, posting big games at home and on the road. The Trailblazers are dealing with a b2b and should be pretty tired for this game. That puts Lopez in a great spot to produce inside for the Bucks.
My Favorite Team Stacks of the Night
Philadelphia Sixers – Simmons, Redick, Butler, Embiid
The Sixers have the highest total on the board and you can stack them in tournaments. They will be highly owned thought but the 13 game slate should spread out ownership percentages across the board tonight.
Lakers-Cavs
Lebron James returns to Cleveland tonight so expect an emotional performance from the King. He doesn’t really go off against bad defenses and he posted 70+ and 40+ FDP outputs in alternating games. If you want to stack this game, I like both the Lakers and Cavs. If it stays close, you could pick up some overtime value.
Phoenix Suns – Booker, Ariza, Ayton
The Bulls don’t play defense and that puts the Suns in a great spot fantasy wise. Booker and Ariza combined for 90+ FDP against a much better Sixers team so tonight they have a very high ceiling.
