NBA Fanduel DFS Picks: January 6th, 2019

Welcome to our Fanduel NBA DFS Picks for January 6th, 2019. In this article, I share my favorite Fanduel Starting 5 plays at each position.

Be sure to check the NBA starting lineups before lock. If you need help doing research, read our Fanduel NBA strategy guide and Fanduel NBA research pages for more information.

PG Russell Westbrook ($11,800)

Westbrook is in a prime spot to produce on a slate with a lack of elite PG plays. He has 60+ FDP upside going against a struggling Wizards team that gives up a lot of points. He dropped 55 FDP against the Wizards in Washington and he’s the starting point in all my lineups tonight.

SG Victor Oladipo ($9,200)

The Pacers are facing a good Raptors team coming off a tough b2b win against the Bucks and Kawhi Leonard is sitting this game out. There’s a lot of value on both sides of this game. No Kawhi means the game should stay a lot closer.

SF Josh Richardson ($7,300)

He’s super consistent and gets a dream matchup going against the worst defense in the NBA. He’s scored at least 45 FDP in 3 straight games against the Hawks and lets you squeeze in some other high upside guys into your lineups.

PF Pascal Siakam ($7,100)

He dropped 30 points against the best team in the East and will have even more scoring duties with Kawhi out tonight. He always plays better at home and should be a focal point in the offense.

C Bismack Biyombo ($3,600)

He started for the injured Cody Zeller and put up 40 FDP in the start. The Hornets are on a b2b but he’s so cheap that it’s hard to pass him up due to his low salary and high potential upside.

My Favorite Game Stacks of the Night

Heat – Wade, Richardson, Adebayo, Johnson

The Heat should score a lot of points in this matchup and I like all the Heat guys.

Raptors – Van Fleet, Siakam, Ibaka

The Raptors are going to be shorthanded without Kawhi Leonard night. You can stack them up even though they are coming off a road b2b win where most of the starters played heavy minutes.

Wizards – Thunder

This is the most stackable game on the night. Both teams should score a ton and you can stack Beal, Ariza and Otto Porter for the Wizards. On the other side of the ball, I like Westbrook, George, Grant and Adams.
