Welcome to our Fanduel NBA DFS Picks for November 7, 2018. I’ve decided to change the format of this article to the Fanduel Starting 5 where I list my favorite pick at each positon.
Be sure to check the NBA starting lineups before lock. If you need help doing research, read our Fanduel NBA strategy guide and Fanduel NBA research pages for more information.
PG
Derrick Rose – $5,500
Jeff Teague has been ruled out so fire up Rose in cash games and tournaments. Jimmy Butler will most likely rest this game and Rose will be a primary ball handler and scorer.
SG
Dennis Schroder – $6,500
Westbrook has been ruled out so Schroder will step into the starting lineup. This is a smash spot for him against a shorthanded Cleveland team and he might be the highest owned player on the slate. He’s a lock to reach value tonight.
SF
Josh Richardson – $7,600
The Spurs are really shorthanded tonight and will struggle on the road with Rudy Gay and Pau Gasol ruled out. Dwyane Wade is also out so Richardson should take on the scoring duty again.
PF
Serge Ibaka – $6,200
If Kawhi Leonard sits (they don’t need him against the Kings) then Ibaka will become the primary scoring option tonight. He went off against the Lakers and should have his way with the Kings down low.
C
Karl Anthony Towns – $9,600
We just saw how bad the Lakers’ interior defense is as Ibaka almost shot 100% from the field and put up 50+ FDP. KAT dropped 60+ FDP on the Lakers earlier this season and he is my favorite center tonight.
My Favorite Game Stacks of the Night
Minnesota Timberwolves – Rose, Wiggins, Gibson, Towns
Jimmy Butler may sit and the Timberwolves are in a great spot tonight for fantasy production.
Toronto Raptors – Lowry, Anunoby, Ibaka, Siakam
No Kawhi tonight means lots of fantasy production for guys like Anunoby, Ibaka and Siakam. You can stack two or 3 raptors tonight in cash games and tournaments.
New Orleans Pelicans – Holiday, Mirotic, Davis
The Bulls defense is pretty bad and all the Pelicans are in play tonight,
